Power Hour – Terms & Conditions

Thanks for booking a Power Hour with Yellow Bird Digital. To make sure everything runs smoothly, here’s what you need to know before we dive in.
1. Booking & Payment
Your session is confirmed once payment has been made via the booking link.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a calendar link to schedule your session and a short pre-call Q&A form.
All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Life happens! If you need to reschedule, you can do so up to 48 hours before your booked time using the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email.
Sessions can be rescheduled once at no extra cost.
Please note: All bookings are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend and don’t reschedule within the 48-hour window, your session will be forfeited.
3. Session Prep
Before your session, you’ll be asked to complete a short Q&A. This helps me understand your goals and ensure we spend our time on what matters most to you.
Please return the form at least 24 hours in advance of our session so I have time to review and prepare. Failure to do so will result in some of our valuable call time being spent doing initial fact finding.
4. What’s Included
One 60-minute 1:1 Zoom session
Tailored advice based on your submitted Q&A
A follow-up email summarising key points and next steps (within 48 hours of our call)
This is a one-off session. If you’d like ongoing support afterwards, we can chat about how that might look.
5. Confidentiality & Respect
Everything we discuss is completely confidential. I will never share or disclose your business information without your permission.
The session and any materials provided are for your personal or business use only and must not be copied, shared, or repurposed without written consent.
6. Data Protection & GDPR
As a UK-based business, Yellow Bird Digital is committed to handling your data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
I only collect the information needed to deliver your session effectively (such as your name, email, business details, and questionnaire responses).
Your data is stored securely, never shared with third parties, and only kept for as long as necessary to provide the agreed services.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.

7. Disclaimer
I’ll always provide the best advice I can based on my experience and the information you share. However, results can’t be guaranteed – outcomes depend on how you apply the advice, as well as external factors beyond our control. You are responsible for any decisions or actions taken following the session.
